The BSC PREFERRED ELUHH1316TPDBG is a single-bowl undermount kitchen sink machined from 16-gauge Type 304 stainless steel. Measuring 16 inches long by 18.5 inches wide by 9.5625 inches deep, the bowl provides substantial working volume for washing, stacking, and general kitchen tasks. The Lustertone Iconix series incorporates tight interior corners for a contemporary profile and a rear center drain placement that opens up cabinet space below and maximizes the usable basin floor. Sound-deadening pads applied to the sides and bottom reduce vibration and operational noise. The kit ships with an EBG1214 bottom grid and an LKPD1 Perfect Drain and strainer assembly, making the unit ready for installation without sourcing additional drain components.
This sink is suited for residential kitchen installations in new construction or remodel applications where an undermount configuration is specified. It is designed to drop below a solid-surface, granite, quartz, or similar countertop and is secured with undermount brackets, sold separately. The integrated Perfect Drain system eliminates the recessed gap common around standard basket strainers, reducing debris accumulation and simplifying cleaning. The stainless finish carries inherent scratch resistance for daily service, and deep surface scratches can be addressed with a dedicated stainless restoration kit.
Designed as an undermount replacement or new-installation sink for residential kitchen countertop applications. Undermount mounting brackets are required and sold separately. The included LKPD1 Perfect Drain and strainer is designed for use specifically with this sink model.
Installation is performed by a licensed plumber or qualified tradesperson following applicable IPC requirements. Shut off the water supply and disconnect existing drain plumbing before beginning any sink swap. Undermount brackets must be used to secure the sink to the underside of the countertop before the drain connection is made — do not rely on silicone alone to carry the load of the sink. Verify countertop cutout dimensions against the sink specifications before cutting.
