The BSC PREFERRED ELUH362110L is an 18-gauge Type 304 stainless steel double bowl undermount kitchen sink with a Lustertone finish and a 40/60 bowl configuration. The larger bowl measures 21 x 18.625 x 10 inches deep, and the smaller Danish bowl provides a secondary workspace for prep and rinsing. Rear-center drain placement on each bowl opens up under-cabinet space for plumbing and storage. Sound-deadening pads are applied to the underside to reduce vibration and noise during use. This sink is manufactured in the USA and is compatible with standard garbage disposals. Licensed plumbers and kitchen remodelers install this type of fixture.
This undermount sink is designed for residential kitchen installations where countertop integration and maximum bowl depth are priorities. The 40/60 split makes it well suited for kitchens that handle high-volume dishwashing alongside active food prep. The extra deep 10-inch bowls accommodate large pots, sheet pans, and oversized cookware. Rear-center drain positioning supports efficient plumbing rough-in and keeps the bowl floor clear for washing. The Lustertone finish is scratch-resistant; minor surface marks blend into the grain over time, and deeper scratches can be addressed with a compatible restoration kit.
Designed as an undermount replacement or new-install sink for residential kitchen countertop cutouts requiring a 36.25 x 21.125 inch opening. Compatible with standard garbage disposal units. Consult countertop fabricator for required cutout dimensions before installation.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber familiar with undermount sink mounting methods. Shut off water supply valves and disconnect existing drain plumbing before removal of any existing fixture. Follow countertop manufacturer guidelines for cutout dimensions and adhesive or clip mounting systems. All drain connections and disposal hookups must comply with applicable local plumbing codes and IPC standards.
