The BSC PREFERRED ELUH3220PD is a double bowl undermount kitchen sink constructed from 18-gauge Type 304 stainless steel with a lustrous brushed finish. Each of the two rectangular bowls measures 14 inches in length by 18 inches in width, with a depth of 7-7/8 inches, providing ample capacity for large cookware and multi-task washing. The sink features rear-center drain placement in both bowls, which maximizes usable floor space at the basin bottom and improves cabinet clearance below. Sound-deadening pads are bonded to the underside to reduce vibration and noise during use. This sink is installed by plumbers or experienced finish carpenters working with undermount countertop applications in residential kitchens.
The ELUH3220PD is designed for residential kitchen installations requiring a minimum cabinet width of 36 inches. The undermount configuration creates a flush transition between the sink rim and countertop surface, eliminating the raised edge found on drop-in models. The integrated Perfect Drain system closes the gap around the drain opening, directing food particles and debris directly into the drain rather than collecting around a traditional basket-style drain seat. Two LKPD1 Perfect Drain assemblies with strainers are included. Undermount mounting brackets are sold separately. The flat-bottom, straight-sidewall bowl geometry maximizes effective wash area in both basins.
Designed for undermount installation in residential kitchen countertops with a minimum cabinet width of 36 inches. Includes two LKPD1 Perfect Drain assemblies with strainers. Undermount mounting brackets are sold separately and required for installation.
Undermount sink installation should be performed by a licensed plumber or qualified installer familiar with countertop substrate requirements and drain rough-in specifications. Power down any disposal unit and shut off supply lines before beginning work. The countertop cutout must be sized and supported per the countertop manufacturer's guidelines, and all drain connections must comply with applicable IPC or local plumbing code requirements. Do not overtighten drain fittings on the Perfect Drain assemblies; follow the drain manufacturer's torque guidance supplied with the hardware.
