Product Description

The BSC PREFERRED ELUH3120LPD is an 18-gauge Type 304 stainless steel double bowl undermount kitchen sink designed for high-volume residential and light commercial kitchen use. The sink measures 31.25 inches in length, 20.5 inches in width, and 9.875 inches in depth at its deepest point. It features two D-shaped bowls with a Perfect Drain system — an edgeless drain design that eliminates the gap around the drain opening so food particles and debris clear the surface without catching. Rear center drain placement maximizes usable under-sink cabinet space. Sound-deadening pads are applied to the underside to reduce vibration and noise during operation. Licensed plumbers perform the installation.

This sink fits standard 36-inch minimum cabinet openings and installs as an undermount unit beneath solid surface, granite, quartz, or laminate countertops. The smaller bowl measures 13.5 inches x 16 inches with a depth of 7.875 inches, suitable for food prep and rinsing. The larger bowl measures 14 inches x 18 inches with a depth of 9.875 inches, providing capacity for large stockpots and oversized baking sheets. The package includes two LKPD1 Perfect Drains and strainers. Undermount mounting brackets are sold separately and are required for installation.

Installation Notes

Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber in accordance with applicable IPC and local plumbing codes. Shut off the water supply and disconnect existing drain lines before beginning removal of any existing sink. Undermount brackets are required and sold separately — do not attempt to support the sink weight with silicone adhesive alone. Verify cabinet rough opening dimensions against sink specifications before cutting the countertop.
