The BSC PREFERRED ELUH3120L is an offset double bowl undermount kitchen sink constructed from 18-gauge Type 304 stainless steel. Measuring 31.25 inches x 20.5 inches x 9.875 inches, it offers two deep rectangular bowls sized for full-load dishwashing, soaking, and handling large cookware including stockpots and sheet pans. Each bowl features a rear-center 3.5-inch drain opening that promotes efficient drainage and preserves usable cabinet space below. Sound-deadening pads are applied to the underside to reduce water-flow noise. The brushed stainless finish carries a grain pattern that helps mask light surface marks from everyday use. Made in the USA.
The ELUH3120L suits residential kitchen installations where an undermount configuration is preferred for countertop cleanliness and a flush, integrated appearance. The offset bowl layout gives a larger primary bowl for main prep and washing tasks while the secondary bowl handles rinsing or food prep. Its dimensions and bowl depth also make it a practical fit in wet bar or utility laundry environments where sink capacity and durability are priorities. A plumber or experienced installer handles the undermount drop and sealing; mounting brackets are not included and must be purchased separately.
Designed as an undermount replacement or new-installation sink for residential and light-commercial kitchen countertops with a cutout sized to accommodate a 31.25-inch x 20.5-inch undermount sink. Mounting brackets are not included and must be sourced separately.
Undermount sink installation is typically performed by a licensed plumber or qualified contractor. Shut off the water supply and disconnect existing drain lines before beginning any sink swap. The countertop cutout must be accurately sized and sealed with a silicone-based adhesive rated for sink applications; consult the countertop manufacturer for substrate-specific sealing requirements. Verify local plumbing code compliance, including drain rough-in height and trap requirements per the applicable edition of the IPC, before completing the installation.
