The BSC PREFERRED ELUH3118PD is a double bowl undermount kitchen sink constructed from 18-gauge Type 304 stainless steel with a Lustertone Classic finish. It measures 30.75 inches in length, 18.5 inches in width, and 7.875 inches in depth. The sink features a Perfect Drain design that eliminates the gap around each drain opening, directing food particles and debris straight down for improved hygiene. Two equally sized rectangular bowls each measure 13.5 inches in length and 16 inches in width, providing substantial working space. Sound-deadening pads are factory-applied to reduce vibration and noise during use. This sink is installed by licensed plumbers or experienced kitchen remodelers as part of a countertop fabrication and undermount mounting project.
The ELUH3118PD is suited for residential kitchen installations, as well as bar and laundry room applications where a dual-basin undermount configuration is required. The rear-centered, offset drain placement maximizes usable bowl space and preserves cabinet storage below the sink. A minimum cabinet opening of 36 inches is required for proper fit. Two LKPD1 drainage kits with strainers are included in the package. The sink integrates cleanly with solid surface, granite, quartz, and other countertop materials that support undermount installation.
Requires a minimum cabinet size of 36 inches. Compatible with countertop materials that support undermount sink installations. Includes two LKPD1 drainage kits and strainers.
Installation is performed by a licensed plumber or qualified kitchen contractor. Shut off the water supply and disconnect existing drain lines before beginning removal of any existing sink. Undermount installations require countertop fabrication with a cutout sized to the sink template and appropriate adhesive or clip-based mounting hardware rated for the countertop material. Follow local IPC and applicable building codes for drain connection and venting requirements.
