The BSC PREFERRED ELUH311810RPD is an 18-gauge Type 304 stainless steel double bowl undermount kitchen sink designed for residential and light commercial plumbing installations. The sink measures 30.75 inches in length by 18.5 inches in width by 10 inches in depth and features two equal-sized bowls, each 13.5 inches long by 16 inches wide. A Perfect Drain system replaces the traditional recessed drain, eliminating the gap where food particles collect and allowing debris to flow cleanly down the drain. Sound-deadening pads are bonded to the underside to reduce vibration and noise during use. Licensed plumbers and kitchen remodelers install this unit.
The ELUH311810RPD is suited for undermount installation in residential kitchens, prep areas, laundry rooms, and light commercial settings. The undermount configuration requires a minimum cabinet size of 36 inches. The offset drain placement maximizes usable cabinet space below the sink floor. Each bowl is sized to accommodate large pots, sheet pans, and oversized cookware. The sink ships with two LKPD1 Perfect Drains and strainers included in the package, providing all drain hardware needed for installation.
Designed for undermount installation in kitchens and prep areas requiring a minimum 36-inch base cabinet. Includes two LKPD1 Perfect Drains and strainers. Compatible with standard undermount sink mounting hardware and typical countertop materials used in residential and light commercial applications.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber in accordance with applicable local plumbing codes. Power off any in-sink disposal units and shut off the water supply before beginning work. The undermount configuration requires proper adhesive and mechanical support to the countertop substrate — follow the countertop fabricator guidelines for the specific material being used. Do not overtighten drain fittings; hand-tight plus a quarter turn with pliers is standard practice for stainless sink drain assemblies.
We pulled together the parts most installs need for this unit, plus a few add-ons worth a look. Check what you need — nothing here blocks checkout.
