The BSC PREFERRED ELUH311810RDBG is a double bowl undermount kitchen sink made from 18-gauge Type 304 stainless steel. It measures 30.75 inches by 18.5 inches with a maximum bowl depth of 10 inches. The two equal rectangular bowls are offset in depth: one bowl runs 10 inches deep for heavy-duty washing and soaking, while the second bowl is 7.875 inches deep for prep and drying tasks. Rear-centered drains on both bowls open up usable space inside the bowls and improve clearance for plumbing below the deck. Sound-deadening pads are bonded to the underside to reduce vibration and noise during use. Licensed plumbers and finish carpenters handle this type of installation in both residential and light-commercial kitchen settings.
This sink is designed for undermount installation in kitchen countertops with a minimum cabinet width of 36 inches. A cutout template is included to guide precise countertop preparation. The kit ships with the LKWOBG1316SS bottom grid and LK99 drain, so installers have the core accessories needed without sourcing them separately. The extra-deep 10-inch bowl accommodates large stockpots, sheet pans, and commercial cookware, making it well suited for high-use residential kitchens and catering prep environments. The stainless steel finish is repairable, meaning light surface scratches blend into the brushed texture over time without requiring refinishing.
Designed for undermount installation in countertops supported by a minimum 36-inch base cabinet. Ships with the LKWOBG1316SS bottom grid and LK99 drain as included accessories.
Undermount sink installation is typically performed by a licensed plumber in coordination with a countertop fabricator. Shut off the water supply and disconnect existing drain plumbing before beginning removal of any existing sink. The countertop cutout must be made before the countertop is set; use the included template and follow the fabricator's adhesive and clip-mounting procedure for the specific countertop material. Verify drain rough-in alignment with the rear-centered drain locations prior to final countertop installation.
