The BSC PREFERRED ELUH1814PD is an 18-gauge Type 304 stainless steel undermount kitchen sink with a single rectangular bowl configuration. The bowl measures 20.5 inches long by 16.5 inches wide with a 7.875-inch depth and straight sidewalls that maximize usable volume for soaking, stacking, and washing. A Perfect Drain design eliminates gaps around the drain opening, reducing debris buildup and simplifying cleanup. Sound-deadening pads are bonded to the underside of the bowl to reduce vibration and echo during use. The lustrous grain finish is scratch-resistant and suitable for high-use environments. This sink ships as a single unit weighing 14.28 pounds and is installed by plumbers or experienced kitchen remodel contractors.
The ELUH1814PD is designed for undermount installation in residential kitchens as well as prep areas, bars, laundry rooms, and light commercial settings. The undermount profile creates a flush transition between the countertop surface and the sink rim, eliminating the raised lip typical of drop-in sinks. A minimum cabinet width of 24 inches is required for proper installation. The sink includes an LKPD1 Perfect Drain and strainer assembly. Its compact footprint and single-bowl layout make it well suited for secondary kitchen stations or bar sink applications where counter space is limited.
Designed for undermount installation in countertop applications requiring a minimum cabinet width of 24 inches. Suitable for residential kitchens, prep areas, bars, laundry rooms, and light commercial settings. Includes the LKPD1 Perfect Drain and strainer.
Undermount sinks are installed by licensed plumbers or qualified remodel contractors and require countertop cutout work prior to mounting. Shut off the water supply and disconnect drain lines before removing any existing sink. Follow the countertop manufacturer guidelines for cutout dimensions and adhesive or clip-mount requirements. Verify local plumbing code compliance, including drain slope and trap requirements per IPC standards, before completing the rough-in.
