The BSC PREFERRED ELUH1716PD is a single-bowl undermount kitchen sink constructed from 18-gauge Type 304 stainless steel. It measures 18.5 inches in length, 20 inches in width, and 7.5 inches in depth. The D-shaped bowl interior measures 16 inches by 17.5 inches, providing a large working basin suited for washing, soaking, and stacking. The sink ships with one LKPD1 Perfect Drain and strainer. The Perfect Drain design eliminates the gap around the drain opening, allowing food debris to flush away cleanly and reducing buildup in hard-to-clean crevices. Sound-deadening pads are bonded to the underside of the basin to reduce vibration and noise during use. Installed by licensed plumbers or experienced kitchen contractors, this sink is built for lasting daily performance.
The ELUH1716PD is suited for undermount installation in residential kitchens, wet bars, laundry rooms, prep areas, and light commercial settings. Undermount mounting provides a flush countertop surface with no exposed rim, simplifying countertop cleaning. The offset drain placement is designed to maximize usable basin depth and to improve clearance for drain plumbing below the cabinet floor. A minimum cabinet width of 24 inches is required for proper fit. The lustrous brushed finish is scratch-resistant and the stainless steel surface supports repairable deep-scratch restoration.
Designed for undermount installation in countertops requiring a minimum cabinet width of 24 inches. Suitable for residential kitchens, wet bars, laundry rooms, preparation areas, and light commercial applications. Works with standard undermount sink mounting hardware and drain assemblies; the included LKPD1 Perfect Drain is the specified drain for this model.
Installation is typically performed by a licensed plumber or experienced finish carpenter. Shut off water supply lines and disconnect existing drain plumbing before removal of any existing sink. Undermount sinks require adhesive, clips, or a combination of both to secure the sink to the underside of the countertop material — follow the countertop manufacturer's load and adhesive requirements. Verify rough-in cabinet opening and drain rough-in location before final placement.
