The BSC PREFERRED ELUH12LV is a single-bowl round undermount bathroom sink constructed from Type 304 stainless steel in 18-gauge thickness. It measures 14.375 inches on each side with a bowl depth of 6 inches, providing a compact but functional wash basin suited to residential bathroom installations. The interior bowl diameter is 12 inches, and the sink uses a 1.5-inch center drain opening. Bottom sound-deadening pads are bonded to the underside to reduce vibration and noise during use. A scratch-resistant satin finish resists surface wear, and minor deep scratches can be refinished without replacing the unit. Installation requires a minimum cabinet size of 18 inches. Comes with the LKF295 overflow assembly.
The ELUH12LV is intended for undermount installation in residential bathroom vanities where a flush, seamless countertop-to-bowl transition is required. The round bowl profile suits single-user vanity applications in full baths, half baths, and powder rooms. It is rated ADA-compliant, making it appropriate for accessible bathroom builds and renovations where reach and mounting height guidelines must be met. The included LKF295 overflow assembly supports proper water management at the drain. This sink is suited for countertop materials including granite, solid surface, and engineered stone where a cutout is made to accept the undermount bowl from below.
Designed for undermount installation in residential bathroom vanity cabinets with a minimum cabinet width of 18 inches. Compatible with granite, solid surface, and engineered stone countertops that support a standard undermount cutout and clip-mount system.
Installation is performed by a licensed plumber or qualified contractor following local IPC guidelines. Shut off water supply and disconnect existing drain plumbing before beginning the undermount cutout and mounting process. Undermount sinks require adhesive or clip-based mounting hardware rated for the countertop material in use — confirm compatibility with the countertop fabricator before installation. Do not overtighten mounting clips against stone countertops, as cracking can result.
