The BSC PREFERRED ELGUAD3319PDMC0 is a double bowl undermount kitchen sink constructed from fine quartz sand composite. It measures 33 inches by 18.5 inches with two equally sized rectangular bowls, each 5.5 inches deep, providing enough room for everyday washing and food prep tasks. The sink features Perfect Drain technology, which eliminates the gap around the drain opening so food residue flows directly into the drain rather than collecting around it. An offset rear drain design reclaims usable space inside the bowl and opens up cabinet room below. The sink meets ADA accessibility standards. Licensed plumbers and kitchen remodeling contractors handle installation of this unit.
This sink is suited for residential kitchen installations where an undermount configuration is preferred. The Mocha finish coordinates with a range of countertop materials and cabinet styles. The offset rear drain placement benefits both single-counter and island installations by maximizing cabinet storage below. The sink is supplied with LKPDQ1CR Perfect Drain assemblies, strainers, and all mounting hardware required for installation. ADA-compliant bowl depth makes it accessible in kitchens that must meet accessibility code requirements.
Designed as an undermount replacement or new-installation sink for standard 33-inch kitchen sink cabinet cutouts. Verify countertop cutout dimensions and cabinet width before installation. Compatible with countertop materials suitable for undermount sink mounting.
Undermount sink installation is typically performed by a licensed plumber or experienced kitchen installer. Shut off water supply lines and disconnect existing drain plumbing before beginning removal of any existing sink. The countertop material must be rated for undermount mounting, and an appropriate silicone sealant or adhesive recommended for the countertop material should be used to secure the sink rim. Follow local plumbing code requirements, including applicable sections of the IPC, for drain connection and trap configuration.
