The BSC PREFERRED ELDSSF30279DBG is a single-bowl stainless steel workstation sink designed for demanding kitchen environments in both residential and accessible-design applications. Built from 16-gauge stainless steel, it measures 29.88 inches in length, 27.25 inches in width, and 9.63 inches in depth overall. The extra-deep bowl interior measures 28.88 inches long, 14.45 inches wide, and 9.63 inches deep, providing room to handle large pots, baking sheets, and stacked dishware. A rear drain placement and ADA-compliant undercarriage clearance make this sink suitable for barrier-free kitchen installations. Licensed plumbers and finish carpenters typically handle the installation as part of a complete kitchen or accessibility remodel.
The Dart Canyon is suited for residential kitchens requiring ADA-compliant layouts and for commercial-light or multifamily applications where a workstation-style sink adds functional value. The built-in deep work shelf sits along the front rail of the sink, keeping sponges, brushes, and small tools within reach without cluttering the countertop. Optional custom-sized cutting boards and colanders can be fitted to expand the workspace directly over the bowl. The sink ships with a reversible bottom grid, a drain cover, and a deep strainer drain included.
Designed as a drop-in or undermount single-bowl workstation sink for ADA-compliant and standard residential kitchen installations. Optional cutting boards and colanders are available separately and are sized specifically for the Dart Canyon bowl dimensions.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber in accordance with local plumbing codes and applicable IPC requirements. Shut off the water supply and disconnect existing drain lines before removing any existing sink. Verify cabinet opening dimensions against the sink cutout requirements before installation. Do not exceed the rated bowl depth when setting the drain rough-in height.
