The BSC PREFERRED EFRU191610T is a single bowl undermount kitchen sink constructed from Type 304 stainless steel at 16-gauge thickness. It measures 21.5 inches long by 18.5 inches wide by 10 inches deep, providing an extra-deep basin suited for soaking, stacking, and washing large cookware including roasting pans and stockpots. The rectangular bowl features tight corners and a flat bottom, which maximizes usable basin area and simplifies cleaning. Full spray-applied sound-deadening pads on the sides and bottom reduce noise from running water and contact with cookware. An offset drain placement increases usable basin volume and opens up cabinet space below. The 3.5-inch drain opening is sized for standard garbage disposals. A cutout template is included. Installed weight is 21 pounds.
This sink is designed for undermount installation in residential kitchen applications. It fits cabinetry with a minimum 27-inch base cabinet opening. The offset drain and extra-deep bowl make it well suited for high-use kitchen environments where large-volume cleaning tasks are common. It is appropriate for new construction and remodel projects where a flush undermount profile and contemporary aesthetic are specified. Plumbers and skilled tradespeople handling kitchen rough-in or remodel work are the typical installers.

Undermount sink installation is typically performed by a licensed plumber or experienced trades professional. Shut off the water supply and disconnect all drain and supply lines before beginning work. Follow the included cutout template and verify countertop material compatibility and required support clip spacing before securing the sink. Silicone sealant and mechanical clips appropriate for the countertop substrate should be used; do not over-tighten mounting hardware against stone or solid-surface countertops.
