The BSC PREFERRED ECTSRAD25226TBG2 is an 18-gauge Type 304 stainless steel single bowl kitchen sink designed for drop-in or undermount installation in residential kitchens. The sink measures 25 inches in length, 22 inches in width, and 6 inches in depth, with a bowl interior of 22.50 inches by 16.75 inches. A flat bottom and tight-corner rectangular design maximize usable basin space and simplify cleaning. Sound Guard full-coverage spray pads on the sides and bottom reduce basin noise during use. This sink is installed by licensed plumbers or qualified kitchen renovation contractors and ships as a complete kit with installation hardware and a CTXBG2115 bottom grid.
This sink is suited for residential kitchen remodels and new construction where a single bowl stainless steel sink with a low-profile rim is required. The slim rim profile supports both drop-in and undermount countertop installations. A rear-center drain placement with a standard 3.50-inch drain opening is compatible with most garbage disposals. The kit includes installation hardware for countertops ranging from 0.75 inches to 1.50 inches thick and requires a minimum base cabinet width of 30 inches. The CTXBG2115 bottom grid is included to protect the bowl finish and elevate dishware during use.
Designed for installation in base cabinets with a minimum width of 30 inches. Compatible with countertops ranging from 0.75 inches to 1.50 inches in thickness. The 3.50-inch rear-center drain is compatible with most standard garbage disposals. Installation hardware Part 64090022 is included in the kit.
This sink is typically installed by a licensed plumber in accordance with applicable IPC or local plumbing codes. Shut off the water supply and disconnect any existing drain lines before beginning removal of an old sink. Verify cabinet and countertop dimensions against sink specifications before cutting a countertop opening for drop-in installations. Apply a continuous bead of plumber's putty or silicone sealant along the rim perimeter as required by the chosen installation method, and do not overtighten mounting clips when securing the sink from below.
