The BSC PREFERRED E3C16X20-2-18X is an 18-gauge type 304 stainless steel three-compartment sink built for demanding commercial foodservice and institutional environments. The unit spans 88 inches wide by 25.81 inches deep by 43.75 inches tall and features two 16-inch by 16-inch bowls and one 16-inch by 20-inch bowl, each with a 12-inch depth. Integrated 18-inch left and right drainboards add working surface for drying and staging. Coved interior corners support sanitation standards, and stainless steel legs with adjustable bullet feet provide stable leveling on uneven floors. Licensed plumbers and commercial kitchen installers handle this type of fixture.

This sink is suited for commercial kitchens, restaurant scullery stations, educational food service facilities, and healthcare preparation areas. The three-compartment configuration supports standard wash, rinse, and sanitize warewashing workflows required by most health codes.
