The BSC PREFERRED E1C24X24-R-24X is a single-compartment stainless steel sink built for commercial kitchen and utility environments. Constructed from 18-gauge Type 300 series stainless steel, it delivers the corrosion resistance and structural integrity required for daily heavy-use service. The single bowl measures 24 inches in length, 24 inches in width, and 12 inches in depth, providing sufficient volume for large pots, sheet pans, and commercial dishware. A 24-inch right drainboard adds usable prep and drying surface alongside the bowl. Overall unit dimensions are 50.5 inches in length, 29.81 inches in width, and 43.75 inches in height. Licensed plumbers or qualified commercial kitchen installers typically handle final connection and code compliance sign-off.
This sink is suited for commercial kitchens, cafeteria prep areas, healthcare utility rooms, school food service, and similar high-demand environments. The 9-inch backsplash with tile ledge integrates cleanly against wall surfaces and simplifies installation. Faucet holes are drilled at 8 inches on center for a single splash-mount faucet, which is sold separately. The center drain placement accepts a 3.5-inch drain fitting. Adjustable stainless steel bullet feet allow leveling on uneven floors. The ADA-compliant bowl depth makes this unit appropriate for accessibility-sensitive installations.
Designed as an OEM-style commercial sink compatible with standard 3.5-inch drain assemblies and single-hole or two-hole splash-mount faucets with 8-inch on-center spacing. Faucet and drain hardware are not included.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber in accordance with applicable local plumbing codes and the International Plumbing Code (IPC). Shut off the water supply completely before making any connections. Verify floor levelness and use the adjustable bullet feet to achieve a stable, plumb installation before securing drain and supply lines. Do not overtighten drain fittings against the stainless steel basin to avoid deforming the drain seat.
