This sink is suited for educational facilities, commercial prep areas, and utility spaces where durability and accessibility are required. The drop-in mounting style is compatible with countertops up to 0.75 inches thick using the included hardware. A minimum cabinet size of 27 inches is required. The three faucet holes allow for installation of a wide variety of deck-mount faucet configurations, and the center drain location supports standard waste disposal connections. Licensed plumbers typically handle rough-in and final connection in these commercial and institutional settings.
Designed as a drop-in replacement or new installation sink for classroom and commercial countertop applications requiring a minimum cabinet width of 27 inches and countertop thickness up to 0.75 inches. Compatible with standard 3.5-inch drain assemblies and deck-mount faucets fitting a three-hole configuration.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber in accordance with the International Plumbing Code (IPC) and applicable local codes. Power down any adjacent electrical circuits and shut off the water supply before beginning work. Verify countertop cutout dimensions and cabinet clearance before securing the sink with the included mounting hardware. Do not overtighten mounting clips, as this can distort the rim or damage the countertop surface.
