The BSC PREFERRED DNT25R is a self-adhesive shock damage indicator designed to detect and signal possible impact damage to packages and products during shipment and handling. Each indicator attaches directly to the outside surface of a package or product and activates when a G-force threshold is exceeded, providing a visible alert that contents may have been subjected to damaging shock. Warning labels are included with each unit to give receivers clear instructions on what to do when an activated indicator is found. These indicators are used by shipping coordinators, warehouse managers, and receiving personnel to monitor fragile or high-value items throughout the supply chain.

The DNT25R is suited for monitoring packaged goods across a wide range of industries, including electronics, HVAC equipment, medical devices, and other freight where shock damage is a concern. The resettable design allows the indicator to be reset up to 50 times using a simple pin, making it practical for items that move back and forth between locations on a recurring basis. Installation Notes

Clean and dry the mounting surface before applying the self-adhesive indicator to ensure proper adhesion. Place the indicator in a visible location on the outside of the package so it can be checked at receipt without opening the shipment. No tools are required for application. To reset a triggered indicator, insert a pin into the reset port; inspect the indicator face to confirm it has returned to the ready state before reuse.
