The BSC PREFERRED DLRS332210PD2 is a drop-in single-basin kitchen sink constructed from 18-gauge Type 304 stainless steel. It measures 33 inches in length, 22 inches in width, and 10 inches in depth. The single rectangular bowl measures 28 inches in length and 16 inches in width, providing substantial workspace for washing, soaking, and handling large cookware. The Perfect Drain design eliminates gaps around the drain opening, reducing debris buildup and simplifying cleanup. Sound-deadening pads are bonded to the underside to reduce vibration and noise during use. Straight sidewalls and a flat bottom maximize usable basin volume. Installed by licensed plumbers or experienced kitchen remodelers in residential and light commercial prep applications.
This sink is suited for residential kitchen installations requiring a drop-in configuration. The two pre-cut faucet holes accommodate standard deck-mount faucet setups. A minimum cabinet width of 36 inches is required for proper installation. The U-Channel mounting system allows clips to be positioned inside the channel before the sink is set into the countertop cutout, reducing the need for extended work in the under-sink cabinet. The sink is compatible with typical countertop materials including laminate, solid surface, and tile. It is appropriate for both primary kitchen use and secondary prep sink applications.
Designed as a drop-in replacement or new-installation sink for residential kitchen cabinetry with a minimum cabinet width of 36 inches. Accepts standard drain fittings and deck-mount faucets. Compatible with laminate, solid surface, tile, and similar countertop materials.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber in accordance with applicable local plumbing codes. Shut off the water supply and disconnect existing drain and supply lines before beginning removal of any existing sink. Use the U-Channel system to pre-position mounting clips prior to dropping the sink into the countertop cutout to minimize under-sink work. Apply a continuous bead of plumber's silicone sealant around the perimeter of the cutout before setting the sink to prevent water intrusion.
