The BSC PREFERRED DLRQ3122102 is a single-bowl, drop-in kitchen sink constructed from 18-gauge Type 304 stainless steel. It measures 31 inches in length by 22 inches in width with a bowl depth of 10.125 inches, providing a large usable basin suited to heavy daily use. The countertop cutout requirement is 30.375 inches by 21.375 inches, and the minimum cabinet size required is 36 inches. Installation is handled through a Quick-Clip Mounting System that secures the sink from above the counter without specialized tooling. Sound-deadening pads are bonded to the underside to reduce basin resonance during use. The sink features straight sidewalls and a flat bottom to maximize internal volume. A central 3.5-inch drain opening accommodates standard garbage disposals. Licensed plumbers and experienced remodelers are the primary installers for this fixture.
This sink is intended for residential kitchen applications where a drop-in configuration is required. The 31-by-22-inch footprint fits standard 36-inch base cabinets commonly found in residential kitchens. The generous bowl depth of 10.125 inches accommodates large cookware, sheet pans, and stock pots. The Type 304 stainless steel surface is engineered to resist corrosion and surface staining under normal kitchen conditions. Light surface scratches blend into the brushed finish over time, and deeper marks can be addressed with a compatible restoration kit. The sink is manufactured in the USA.
Designed as a drop-in replacement or new-installation sink for residential kitchen base cabinets with a minimum 36-inch width. Requires a countertop cutout of 30.375 inches by 21.375 inches. Compatible with standard 3.5-inch drain assemblies and garbage disposal flanges.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber or qualified contractor in accordance with local plumbing codes. Shut off the water supply and disconnect existing drain and supply lines before beginning any removal or installation work. The Quick-Clip fasteners secure the sink to the underside of the countertop deck — verify countertop material thickness is sufficient to accept the clip hardware before cutting the opening. Apply a continuous bead of plumber's putty or silicone sealant around the perimeter of the cutout per the manufacturer's instructions before setting the sink to prevent water intrusion.
