The BSC PREFERRED DLRQ2222123 is a drop-in single-bowl kitchen sink constructed from 18-gauge Type 304 stainless steel, offering a durable and corrosion-resistant surface for high-use residential and light commercial kitchen environments. The sink measures 22 inches by 22 inches overall, with a bowl interior of 19 inches in length, 16 inches in width, and 12 inches in depth, providing generous capacity for soaking, stacking, and washing large cookware or baking sheets. A lustrous grain finish helps minor surface scratches blend naturally into the surface over time. Sound-deadening pads are included to reduce impact and water noise during use. Licensed plumbers and skilled tradespeople install this sink as part of kitchen plumbing rough-in or remodel projects.
This sink is designed for residential kitchens and light-duty food prep stations where a large-capacity single-bowl drop-in configuration is required. The quick-clip mounting system allows installation from above the countertop, making it well-suited for laminate countertop surfaces. A minimum cabinet width of 27 inches is required for proper fit. The 3-1/2 inch drain opening is compatible with standard garbage disposal assemblies, simplifying integration into existing drain rough-in configurations.
Designed as a drop-in replacement or new-installation single-bowl kitchen sink for residential and light commercial applications requiring a 22-inch by 22-inch cutout and a minimum 27-inch cabinet. Compatible with standard 3-1/2 inch drain assemblies and garbage disposal flanges.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber in accordance with local plumbing codes and IPC requirements. Shut off the water supply and disconnect the drain assembly before removing any existing sink. The quick-clip mounting system secures the sink from above, so undercounter access is not required during mounting; however, connecting supply lines and the drain assembly will require access below the cabinet. Do not overtighten mounting clips, as excessive force can damage laminate or solid-surface countertop edges.
