The BSC PREFERRED DLR432212MR2 is an equal double bowl drop-in kitchen sink constructed from 18-gauge Type 304 stainless steel. It measures 43 inches in length, 22 inches in width, and 12.125 inches in depth overall. Each bowl measures 19 inches in length, 16 inches in width, and 12 inches in depth, providing capacity for large cookware including sheet pans and stockpots. The U-channel mounting system positions clips inside the channel before installation, reducing time spent working underneath the countertop. Sound-deadening pads are applied to the underside to reduce vibration and noise during use. This sink is installed by licensed plumbers or experienced kitchen contractors in residential and light commercial applications.
The DLR432212MR2 is suited for residential kitchens requiring a high-capacity drop-in sink with equal bowl configuration. The two rectangular bowls allow simultaneous washing and rinsing or soaking tasks without cross-contamination. A minimum base cabinet width of 48 inches is required for installation. The countertop cutout dimension is 42.375 inches x 21.375 inches. Each bowl includes a 3.5-inch drain opening compatible with standard garbage disposal flanges and basket strainer assemblies. This sink is manufactured in the USA.
Designed as a drop-in replacement or new-installation sink for residential kitchen base cabinets with a minimum width of 48 inches. Requires a countertop cutout of 42.375 inches x 21.375 inches. Compatible with standard 3.5-inch drain assemblies and garbage disposal flanges.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber in accordance with applicable IPC requirements. Shut off the water supply and disconnect any existing drain plumbing before removing an existing sink. Apply a continuous bead of silicone sealant around the cutout perimeter before setting the sink to prevent water intrusion beneath the countertop. Do not overtighten mounting clips, as this can distort the sink flange or damage laminate and solid-surface countertop materials.
