The BSC PREFERRED DLR372210MR2 is a drop-in, double-bowl kitchen sink constructed from 18-gauge Type 304 stainless steel with a lustrous grain finish. The overall sink measures 37 inches long by 22 inches wide by 10.125 inches deep. Each of the two equal square bowls measures 16 inches by 16 inches with a 10-inch depth, providing substantial capacity for washing, soaking, and rinsing large cookware. Sound-deadening pads are bonded to the underside to reduce vibration and noise during use. Licensed plumbers and remodeling contractors handle installation in residential and light commercial applications where a drop-in configuration is specified.
This sink is designed for residential kitchens requiring high-capacity dual-basin functionality. The straight sidewalls and flat bowl bottoms maximize usable interior space for stacking oversized pots, sheet pans, and dishware. Both bowls include a 3.5-inch drain opening sized to accept standard garbage disposals. The U-channel mounting system conceals hardware beneath the deck, producing a cleaner finished appearance. This model is manufactured in the USA and is suited for cabinet installations with a minimum cabinet width of 42 inches, requiring a countertop cutout per manufacturer specifications.
Designed for drop-in installation in countertops with a minimum cabinet width of 42 inches. Requires a countertop cutout per manufacturer specifications. Both drain openings accept standard 3.5-inch garbage disposal flanges.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber in accordance with applicable IPC and local plumbing codes. Shut off the water supply and disconnect existing drain connections before removing any existing sink. The drop-in mounting method requires an accurate countertop cutout and the use of a suitable silicone sealant at the rim to prevent water intrusion. Do not overtighten mounting clips, as doing so can distort the sink deck or damage surrounding countertop material.
