The BSC PREFERRED DLR3722104 is a drop-in double bowl kitchen sink constructed from type 304 stainless steel at 18-gauge thickness. It measures 37 inches x 22 inches with a bowl depth of 10.125 inches. Each of the two equal square bowls measures 16 inches x 16 inches, providing generous capacity for washing, soaking, and rinsing. The lustrous grain finish reflects light evenly and resists everyday scratching. Sound-deadening pads on the sides and bottom reduce vibration and noise during use. Straight sidewalls and a flat bottom maximize usable bowl volume for stacking dishes, filling large pots, or cleaning sheet pans. Made in the USA.
This sink is suited for residential kitchen installations where a drop-in configuration is preferred. The U-channel mounting system uses pre-positioned clips to simplify countertop installation, reducing the need for extended work beneath the cabinet. The standard 3.5-inch drain opening is compatible with most garbage disposal units and standard basket strainers. It fits standard countertop cutouts for 33-inch to 37-inch drop-in sink openings and is appropriate for use with laminate, solid surface, tile, and stone countertops. Licensed plumbers and qualified contractors typically handle final installation, though experienced DIYers familiar with sink mounting may also complete the work.
Designed as a drop-in replacement or new-installation sink for residential kitchens. The 3.5-inch drain opening is compatible with most standard garbage disposal units and drain assemblies. Verify countertop cutout dimensions against the 37 x 22 inch sink footprint prior to installation.
Shut off the water supply and disconnect drain lines before removing any existing sink. A licensed plumber should complete final drain and supply connections in accordance with applicable local plumbing codes. Apply a continuous bead of silicone sealant around the countertop cutout perimeter before setting the sink to prevent water infiltration beneath the deck. Tighten mounting clips evenly to avoid distorting the sink rim against the countertop surface.
