The BSC PREFERRED DLR3322124 is an 18-gauge Type 304 stainless steel drop-in kitchen sink with two equal-sized rectangular bowls. It measures 33 inches long by 22 inches wide by 12.125 inches deep, making it suitable for high-volume kitchen work. Each bowl measures approximately 13.5 inches long by 16 inches wide with straight sidewalls and a flat bottom to maximize usable basin depth. Sound-deadening pads bonded to the underside reduce vibration and noise during use. The 4-hole faucet configuration accommodates standard deck-mount faucet sets, and the 3.5-inch drain opening is sized for standard garbage disposal flanges. Licensed plumbers and skilled trade professionals typically handle the final installation and drain connection.
This sink is designed for residential kitchen installations where a double-bowl configuration is needed for multitasking — separating washing from rinsing, soaking, or drying. The drop-in mounting style fits countertop cutouts in laminate, tile, stone, and solid-surface materials. The flat-bottom bowl geometry and straight sidewalls simplify cleanup and make full use of the basin volume. The Type 304 stainless steel finish is scratch-resistant and maintains its appearance over extended service life. Light surface scratches blend with the grain over time, and deeper scratches can be addressed with a specialty restoration kit. An installation template and U-channel mounting clips are included to assist with countertop alignment and securing the sink deck.
Designed as a drop-in replacement or new-installation sink for standard residential kitchen countertop cutouts. Accepts 3.5-inch standard drain strainer baskets and garbage disposal flanges. Compatible with 4-hole deck-mount faucet configurations.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber in accordance with applicable local plumbing codes and the IPC. Shut off the water supply and disconnect existing drain lines before beginning any sink replacement. Apply a continuous bead of silicone sealant around the perimeter of the countertop cutout before setting the sink, and secure with the included U-channel clips from below. Do not overtighten mounting clips on stone or tile countertops, as this can cause surface cracking.
