The BSC PREFERRED DLR3322121 is an 18-gauge Type 304 stainless steel double bowl drop-in kitchen sink designed for demanding residential and light commercial kitchen applications. The sink measures 33 inches in length, 22 inches in width, and 12.125 inches in depth, providing two equal rectangular bowls — each 13.50 inches long and 16 inches wide — with straight sidewalls for maximum basin capacity. The Lustertone finish is scratch-resistant and maintains its appearance under daily heavy-duty use. Sound-deadening pads are integrated into the underside to reduce vibration and noise during operation. Licensed plumbers and kitchen installers handle this type of drop-in sink as part of standard countertop or cabinet rough-in work.
The DLR3322121 is suited for drop-in installation into countertops with a minimum cabinet width of 36 inches. The two equal bowls handle simultaneous washing, rinsing, soaking, and drying tasks, making the sink practical for high-volume kitchen environments. The basin depth accommodates large pots, baking sheets, and commercial cookware. A single faucet hole is pre-configured, and the drain opening measures 3.50 inches, which is compatible with standard garbage disposals. The U-channel mounting design allows clips to be positioned within the channel during installation, reducing setup time and simplifying alignment.
Designed for drop-in installation into countertops requiring a minimum cabinet width of 36 inches. Accepts one standard faucet. Drain opening is compatible with standard garbage disposals. A BSC PREFERRED restoration kit is available separately for deeper surface scratch repair.
Drop-in sink installation is typically performed by a licensed plumber in accordance with applicable IPC requirements. Before beginning work, shut off the water supply and disconnect any existing drain and supply lines. Use the U-channel mounting system with the provided clips to secure the sink to the countertop cutout — do not over-tighten clips on fragile countertop materials without appropriate backing support. Verify drain alignment and apply a continuous bead of plumber-grade silicone sealant around the sink perimeter before setting the sink into the cutout.
