The BSC PREFERRED DLR1919103 is a drop-in single-bowl laundry and utility sink constructed from 18-gauge Type 304 stainless steel. It measures 19.5 inches in length, 19 inches in width, and 10.125 inches in depth, with an interior basin of 16 inches by 13.5 inches and a usable bowl depth of 10 inches. The lustrous grain finish is scratch-resistant and designed to hold up under repeated heavy-duty use. Sound-deadening pads are bonded to the sides and bottom of the sink to reduce vibration and noise during operation. This sink is manufactured in the USA and suited for installation by licensed plumbers or skilled tradespeople in residential laundry and utility room applications.
The DLR1919103 is designed for drop-in installation into laundry room or utility room countertops with a minimum cabinet size of 24 inches. The countertop cut-out required is 18.875 inches by 18.375 inches with a 1.5-inch corner radius. The U-channel mounting design allows clips to be positioned inside the channel before setting the sink, reducing time spent working beneath the countertop. Three faucet holes allow for flexible faucet and accessory configurations. The 3.5-inch drain opening is compatible with most standard strainer baskets and garbage disposals. This sink is well-suited for residential laundry rooms, mudrooms, and utility spaces where a durable, deep-basin stainless sink is required.
Designed for drop-in installation in laundry room and utility room countertop applications requiring a minimum 24-inch cabinet. Countertop cut-out dimensions are 18.875 inches by 18.375 inches with a 1.5-inch corner radius. Compatible with standard 3.5-inch drain assemblies and most garbage disposal flanges.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber in accordance with applicable local plumbing codes and IPC requirements. Shut off the water supply and disconnect any existing drain connections before beginning work. Apply a continuous bead of plumber's putty or silicone sealant around the cut-out perimeter before setting the sink, and secure mounting clips evenly to prevent rocking or gaps. Do not overtighten mounting clips, as this can distort the sink flange or damage the countertop surface.
