The BSC PREFERRED DLR172210PDOS4 is a single-bowl, drop-in kitchen sink fabricated from 18-gauge Type 304 stainless steel. It measures 17 inches x 22 inches x 10-1/8 inches deep, providing an extra-deep basin with straight sidewalls suited for washing, soaking, and stacking. The sink ships with an LKPD1 Perfect Drain and strainer. The Perfect Drain uses an edgeless design that closes the gap around the drain opening, reducing food and debris accumulation at the drain perimeter. Sound-dampening pads are bonded to the underside to reduce vibration and noise during use. A licensed plumber or experienced tradesperson handles installation in residential kitchens, bars, and laundry areas.
The DLR172210PDOS4 suits residential and light-commercial applications where a drop-in configuration is required. The OS4 faucet configuration accommodates a four-hole faucet deck layout. A minimum cabinet size of 21 inches is required for proper fit. The U-channel mounting system positions mounting clips inside the channel, allowing access from above during drop-in installation without requiring under-counter reach for clip placement. This sink works in kitchen, wet bar, and laundry room countertop cutout applications where a single-bowl stainless drop-in is specified.
Designed as a drop-in replacement or new-installation sink for countertop cutout applications requiring a 17-inch x 22-inch single-bowl stainless steel drop-in with a minimum cabinet width of 21 inches and an OS4 faucet configuration.
Installation is performed by a licensed plumber in accordance with applicable local plumbing codes and IPC guidelines. Shut off the water supply and disconnect existing drain and supply lines before beginning any sink swap or new installation. Apply a continuous bead of plumber's putty or silicone sealant to the underside of the sink rim before dropping into the cutout, then secure mounting clips evenly to prevent distortion of the rim. Do not overtighten mounting clips, as this can deform the sink rim or crack countertop material.
