The BSC PREFERRED DIB221523 is a number 8 by 1-1/4 inch green exterior wood screw designed for outdoor fastening applications in wood construction and finishing work. Each screw features a 6-lobed star drive for fast bit engagement and improved torque control during installation. The countersinking bugle head seats flush with the surface to prevent head pop-out and leave a smooth finish. An extra coarse thread pattern and Type 17 point allow the screw to drive quickly into wood with reduced splitting.
