The BSC PREFERRED DIB100CP is a 1-1/4 inch seamless brass P-trap finished in 22-gauge chrome plating. P-traps create the water seal that blocks sewer gases from entering occupied spaces through the drain line. This unit ships with flange nuts and washers, so all connection hardware is included at installation. The seamless construction eliminates a common leak point found in welded or joined trap bodies. At 0.6 pounds, the trap is lightweight enough for easy single-hand positioning during fitting. It is a standard drain fitting installed by licensed plumbers and experienced pipefitters in both new construction and retrofit drain applications.

Installation Notes
