The BSC PREFERRED CS46W0726-16 is a self-priming interior flat paint formulated for long-term durability on residential interior surfaces. It delivers a flat matte sheen and is both washable and scrubbable after curing. The paint applies directly to previously painted surfaces or uncoated drywall without a separate primer coat in most applications. Coverage runs 350 to 400 square feet per gallon on smooth surfaces, with reduced coverage on rough or textured substrates. Application is recommended between 50 degrees F and 90 degrees F, with a minimum 4-hour dry time between coats. Two coats are recommended over bare drywall or when switching to vibrant colors.

This paint is intended for interior residential use in living rooms, bedrooms, and dining rooms. It adheres to properly prepared drywall, plaster, masonry, and bare wood. It is designed to go over sound, non-peeling, non-glossy previously painted surfaces. For surfaces with heavy stains such as ink, pencil, or grease, or surfaces with water damage, a stain-blocking primer should be applied before this paint.
