The BSC PREFERRED CR33212 is a drop-in double bowl kitchen sink constructed from 20-gauge Type 304 stainless steel. It measures 33 inches x 21.25 inches x 6.875 inches overall and features two equal rectangular bowls, each 14 inches x 15.75 inches with a 6.75-inch depth. Sound-deadening pads are factory-applied to the underside to reduce vibration and noise during use. The centered drain openings measure 3.5 inches in diameter, compatible with standard basket strainers and most garbage disposals where clearance permits. Two pre-drilled faucet holes accept a wide range of deck-mount faucet configurations. Licensed plumbers and experienced DIYers handle this installation as a standard drop-in retrofit or new-construction rough-in.
This sink is suited for residential kitchens requiring a 36-inch minimum base cabinet. The countertop cutout dimension is 32.375 inches x 20.625 inches with a 1.5-inch corner radius. The U-channel mounting system accepts mounting clips loaded into the channel prior to drop-in, eliminating the need to work extensively under the sink during final securing. The equal-bowl layout supports simultaneous tasks such as washing, soaking, and rinsing, making it practical for both high-use household kitchens and light commercial food-prep environments. Manufactured in the USA.
Designed as a drop-in replacement or new-installation sink for kitchens with a minimum 36-inch base cabinet. Requires a countertop cutout of 32.375 inches x 20.625 inches with a 1.5-inch corner radius. Compatible with standard 3.5-inch drain assemblies and most deck-mount faucets.
Installation is performed by a licensed plumber or qualified tradesperson following local plumbing code requirements. Shut off the water supply and disconnect existing drain and supply lines before removing any existing sink. Apply a continuous bead of silicone sealant around the countertop cutout perimeter before setting the sink to ensure a watertight seal. Do not overtighten mounting clips, as this can distort the U-channel or crack countertop materials.
