The BSC PREFERRED BW1248AS is a pink anti-static bubble wrap roll designed for cushioning and static protection of sensitive electronic components during storage and shipping. The air-bubble construction provides a flexible barrier against shock, abrasion, and vibration, making it a reliable void-fill and cushioning material for fragile or static-sensitive items. Sold in 48-inch master bundles, the roll is compatible with an optional Roll Storage System for organized dispensing in high-volume packing environments. Packaging and shipping professionals use this product where both physical protection and electrostatic discharge prevention are required.
This anti-static bubble wrap is suited for packing operations that handle printed circuit boards, computer components, semiconductors, and other ESD-sensitive items. The pink color is the industry-standard identifier for anti-static bubble material, allowing quick visual differentiation from standard clear bubble wrap on the packing line. It is appropriate for both light industrial and commercial shipping applications where component protection standards must be maintained.
Designed as a replacement or equivalent for part number S-3238. Suitable for use in standard packaging and shipping workflows requiring anti-static bubble cushioning for electronic components.
No tools or trade licensing are required for use. Store rolls in a dry environment away from direct heat sources to maintain bubble integrity and anti-static properties. When dispensing from a roll, use a Roll Storage System or a secured dispenser to prevent uncontrolled unrolling. Do not use standard clear bubble wrap as a substitute where anti-static protection is specified.
