The BSC PREFERRED BD1212AS is a pink anti-static bubble wrap packaged in a self-contained dispensing carton designed for protecting sensitive electronic components during storage and shipping. The pink polyethylene film is formulated to dissipate static charge, reducing the risk of electrostatic discharge (ESD) damage to circuit boards, assemblies, and other static-sensitive parts. The roll is cross-perforated every 12 inches, allowing technicians and warehouse staff to tear off consistent, uniform sheets without tools. The dispensing carton keeps the roll contained and portable, making it practical for use at workbenches, packing stations, or field service kits.
This bubble wrap is suited for packaging and shipping operations where ESD protection is required alongside physical cushioning. Typical applications include electronics manufacturing, repair shops, HVAC control board handling, IT asset management, and any trade or service environment where sensitive components are pulled, staged, or shipped. The dispensing carton format is well-suited to high-volume packing lines as well as low-volume service vans where controlled dispensing reduces waste.
Designed as a general-purpose anti-static cushioning material compatible with standard packing and staging workflows for electronic components, circuit boards, and other static-sensitive parts.
No installation required. When using anti-static bubble wrap, ground yourself and your work surface before handling sensitive components to maximize ESD protection. Tear sheets at the 12-inch perforations for uniform coverage. Store the carton in a dry location away from direct heat sources to maintain material integrity.
