The BSC PREFERRED 45NUTDIS is a ceiling-mounted loose fill dispenser designed for warehouse and shipping environments. It uses a spring-loaded scissor valve mechanism: squeeze the handles to release the right amount of packing peanuts or other loose fill material directly into a carton below. The unit mounts to the warehouse ceiling via an included rope and two pulleys. The heavy-duty woven polyethylene bag includes reinforced flexible tubing to channel loose fill to the dispensing point. Minimum ceiling height requirements are based on a 30-inch high packing table with a 24-inch working clearance between the table surface and the scissor valve.

The 45NUTDIS is suited for production packing stations in warehouse and distribution center settings where volume loose fill dispensing is needed. It handles all types of loose fill packing material. This model is distinct from the 15NUTDIS low-ceiling variant: the 45NUTDIS requires adequate ceiling clearance and includes the reinforced flexible tubing as part of its assembly.
