Each of the three bowls measures 24 inches by 24 inches by 12 inches deep, with coved corners to simplify cleaning and support sanitation compliance. Two 24-inch drainboards are integrated on either side, and an adjustable stainless steel leg assembly with bullet feet provides stable, level footing on uneven commercial kitchen floors. Licensed plumbers and commercial kitchen equipment installers are the primary trades for this fixture.
