The BSC PREFERRED 3C12X16-0X is a three-compartment stainless steel sink built for continuous-duty use in commercial kitchens, healthcare facilities, schools, and recreational centers. Fabricated from 16-gauge stainless steel, the unit measures 45 inches long by 21.81 inches wide by 43.75 inches tall. Three separate bowls allow simultaneous washing, rinsing, and soaking, which keeps prep and sanitation workflows moving without interruption. Stainless steel legs with adjustable bullet feet provide stability across uneven or tiled floor surfaces. A 10-inch backsplash with tile ledge is integrated into the design to simplify rough-in and maintain a clean wall interface. Licensed plumbers and commercial kitchen installers are the typical trades who handle this equipment.
This sink is suited to high-volume food service and institutional environments where a single faucet splash-mount configuration is preferred. The simplified splash mount accepts a single-handle or two-handle splash mount faucet and includes two faucet hole configurations to accommodate common plumbing rough-ins. The coved 0.75-inch corners on each bowl ease cleaning and help maintain sanitation standards required in food service codes. Bowl one measures 12 inches by 16 inches by 10 inches deep, with a 3.5-inch center drain. Bowls two and three share the same footprint and drain configuration at 12 inches deep, providing added capacity for large stockpots and sheet pans.
Designed as a self-contained three-compartment sink unit for commercial food service, institutional, and public-facility plumbing installations requiring a splash-mount faucet and standard drain connections.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber familiar with local plumbing codes and applicable health department requirements for commercial three-compartment sinks. Shut off the water supply and ensure drain rough-in locations are confirmed before positioning the unit. Do not overtighten drain fittings on stainless steel bowls, as distortion can compromise the drain seal. Verify floor load capacity, as the filled unit is significantly heavier than the shipping weight of 114 pounds.
