The BSC PREFERRED 15NUTDIS is a ceiling-mounted loose fill dispenser designed for warehouse and distribution center packing operations. It uses a spring-loaded scissor valve to control the release of packing peanuts and other loose fill materials into shipping containers below. The 15NUTDIS is specifically engineered for low-ceiling environments and does not require or include flexible tubing, setting it apart from larger-capacity models in this line. A rope and two pulleys are included for mounting to the warehouse ceiling. The unit weighs 8.62 pounds and ships in a package measuring 40.5 inches by 7 inches by 7 inches.

This dispenser is intended for warehouse packing stations where loose fill material is stored overhead and dispensed directly into boxes on a packing table. It accommodates all types of loose fill packing material. Because the 15NUTDIS is built for low ceilings and omits the flexible tubing found on larger models, it is best suited for installations where ceiling clearance is limited. Minimum ceiling height requirements on standard models are based on a 30-inch-high packing table with 24 inches of working clearance between the table surface and the scissor valve.
