The BSC PREFERRED 14442FOL is a full overlap (FOL) corrugated shipping box designed for secure transport of flat or narrow items. Full overlap flaps extend across the entire width of the box on both top and bottom, providing extra stacking strength and resistance to puncture compared to standard regular-slotted containers. Built from 200-pound burst-tested, ECT-32 kraft corrugated material, this box delivers reliable structural integrity for single- and multi-carrier shipments. Each pack contains 15 boxes. This product is equivalent to part number S-17998.
The 14442FOL is sized for a 1.4 cubic foot interior capacity, making it well suited for compact, flat, or narrow items that benefit from a snug fit and reinforced flap coverage. Typical applications include packaging compact long-guns, rifle components, flat hardware, and similar trade or industrial goods that require added bottom and top protection during ground or freight shipping. The FOL design is the preferred choice when products shift during transit or when additional compression strength is needed at the seams.
Equivalent to part number S-17998. Designed as an OEM-style replacement or direct substitute for standard FOL corrugated shipping cartons in the 1.4 cubic foot capacity class.
Assembly requires standard carton tape or water-activated tape applied along all seam lines; reinforce bottom flaps before loading heavy or dense items. Store flat and unassembled in a dry environment to preserve board integrity and ECT rating. Do not exceed the rated compression strength by stacking loaded cartons beyond recommended pallet height limits per carrier guidelines.
