Fabricated from 16-gauge type 304 series stainless steel, it measures 94 inches long by 29.81 inches wide by 44.75 inches tall overall. Each of the three bowls measures 18 inches wide by 24 inches front-to-back and 14 inches deep, giving ample capacity for washing, rinsing, and sanitizing. Left and right drainboards, each 18 inches wide, extend the usable work surface on both sides. A 9-inch backsplash with integral tile ledge keeps the wall dry and simplifies installation against tile or block surfaces.
