The BSC PREFERRED 14-3C16X20-R-18X is a heavy-duty three-compartment stainless steel sink built for high-volume commercial and institutional kitchen environments. Constructed from 16-gauge Type 304 series stainless steel, the unit measures 72.5 inches long by 25.81 inches wide by 43.75 inches tall. Each of the three bowls is 16 inches long, 20 inches wide, and 14 inches deep, providing sufficient volume for soaking, scrubbing, and rinsing large pots, sheet pans, and utensils. An 18-inch right-hand drainboard is integrated into the unit. Licensed plumbers and commercial kitchen installers handle this type of equipment in both new construction and renovation projects.
