Constructed from 16-gauge type 304 stainless steel, it resists corrosion and holds up under continuous daily use. The unit measures 72.5 inches in length, 25.81 inches in width, and 43.75 inches in height. Each of the three bowls measures 16 inches long by 20 inches wide by 14 inches deep, providing ample capacity for washing, rinsing, and sanitizing. A licensed plumber or qualified kitchen equipment installer typically handles final hookup and positioning in a commercial environment.

This sink is suited for commercial kitchens in schools, healthcare facilities, offices, restaurants, and similar high-traffic settings. The 18-inch left drainboard provides a dedicated staging area for air-drying dishes or holding prepped items between tasks.
