The outside diameter measures 6.68 inches, with a belt pitch A diameter of 6.0 inches, a belt pitch B diameter of 6.4 inches, and a belt pitch 5V diameter of 6.5 inches. Licensed HVAC mechanics and millwrights specify this sheave for fan drives, blower assemblies, and pump drive systems where quick bushing removal simplifies field service.
This sheave is suited for single V belt drive configurations in light commercial and industrial equipment. Typical installations include rooftop unit supply fan drives, air handling unit blower sections, and general mechanical drive assemblies where a 5V or A/B cross-section belt is specified. The QD bushing interface allows the sheave to be installed and removed without special pullers, reducing downtime during drive maintenance. Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-installation sheave for single V belt drives using A, B, or 5V cross-section belts with a B-style QD bushing. Sold without bushing — bushing must be sourced separately to match the required shaft diameter.
Installation should be performed by a qualified HVAC technician or millwright. Disconnect and lock out all power to the drive system before mounting or removing the sheave. Confirm the selected QD bushing bore matches the shaft diameter and that sheave alignment is within manufacturer tolerances before tensioning the belt to avoid premature wear.
