The BRON TAPES 101160 is a double-sided paper tape engineered for clean removal applications. Known by the product designation BT-480, this tape features a natural-finish paper carrier with adhesive on both sides, making it suited for temporary bonding tasks where residue-free removal is required after the job is done. At 7 mil total thickness, it provides enough body to handle light mounting, splicing, and positioning work without tearing during application or removal. Tradespeople and fabricators who need a reliable, non-permanent hold in controlled environments will find this tape a practical shop staple.
This tape is commonly used in light-duty mounting, paper and board lamination, temporary part fixturing, and general shop or jobsite positioning tasks. The 0.75-inch width makes it compatible with standard tape dispensers, and the 108-foot roll length reduces the need for frequent roll changes during high-volume work. It is appropriate for use on paper, cardboard, foam board, and similar smooth or semi-smooth surfaces where clean removal without tearing or adhesive transfer is the primary requirement.
Designed as a general-purpose double-sided paper tape suitable for light mounting, splicing, and temporary fixturing applications on paper, foam board, and similar smooth substrates.
Apply to clean, dry surfaces free of dust, oil, or moisture for best adhesion. Peel one liner, position the tape, press firmly, then remove the second liner before joining the second surface. When removing, pull back slowly at a low angle to minimize any risk of substrate damage. This product is intended for light-duty temporary applications and is not a structural adhesive.
