Product Description

The BRIZO r66600 is a rough-in volume control valve designed for use in Sensori thermostatic shower systems. It controls water flow to individual outlets and body spray arrays, allowing each zone to be managed independently. The valve accommodates a 3/4 inch rough-in and supports a maximum flow rate of 7.7 gallons per minute at 60 psi. This component is installed during the rough-in phase of construction by a licensed plumber and remains concealed behind the wall until trim is applied.

The r66600 is used in residential shower systems where multiple outlets or body spray groupings require individual volume control. Building code and system design typically require one volume control per outlet and one per set of body sprays, up to the maximum rated flow. The optional RP74456 extension kit can extend the rough installation depth by up to 1 3/4 inches to accommodate deeper wall assemblies or thicker tile substrates.

Installation Notes

This valve is installed by a licensed plumber during the rough-in phase, prior to wall finish and tile work. Shut off the water supply completely before beginning installation. Do not apply trim or pressure-test beyond the valve's rated working pressure without confirming system compatibility.
