The BRIDGEPORT FITTINGS 432LT2 is a 1-inch liquid tight straight connector designed to join metallic and nonmetallic Type B liquid tight conduit to an electrical box or enclosure. Constructed from die cast zinc with a ball-burnished, mirror-smooth finish, it delivers precise fit and strong corrosion resistance in wet and harsh environments. NPT threads, a polyethylene knockout gasket, and an internal sealing ring work together to maintain a liquid tight seal once installed. Licensed electricians and electrical contractors install this fitting where conduit must terminate at a box knockout in damp or wet-location wiring systems.
This connector is suited for both residential and commercial electrical installations where liquid tight conduit is required. It is listed for use in Class I Division 2, Class II Divisions 1 and 2, and Class III Divisions 1 and 2 hazardous locations. Available trade sizes in the 432-LT2 series range from 3/8 inch to 4 inches, making this 1-inch unit a common choice for mid-range conduit runs terminating at enclosures, junction boxes, and panels in wet-location applications.
Designed for use with metallic and nonmetallic Type B liquid tight conduit in 1-inch trade size. Compatible with standard electrical box knockouts using the provided locknut. Part of the 432-LT2 series, which covers trade sizes 3/8 inch through 4 inches.
Installation is performed by licensed electricians in accordance with NEC requirements for wet locations. Before beginning, de-energize the circuit and verify power is off at the panel. Slide the compression nut and inner sealing ring over the conduit before threading the ferrule into the conduit channel, then insert the conduit into the connector, retighten the compression nut, and secure the fitting to the box knockout using the provided locknut. Do not overtighten the compression nut, as this can damage the sealing ring and compromise the liquid tight integrity of the connection.
