The BRIDGEPORT FITTINGS 431NMLT is a 3/4-inch nonmetallic liquid tight straight connector designed to join Type B nonmetallic liquid tight conduit to an electrical box or enclosure in wet and damp environments. Constructed from nylon, this connector is sunlight resistant, lightweight, and built for long-term durability in demanding field conditions. The fitting seals the conduit-to-enclosure connection using NPT threads, a knockout gasket, and an inner sealing ring, creating a reliable liquid tight assembly. Licensed electricians and electrical contractors install this type of fitting in commercial and residential applications where moisture exposure is a concern.
This connector is suited for use in wet locations as defined by the NEC. It is listed under UL File No. E9391 and rated for NEMA TYPE 2, 3, 3R, 4, 4X, and 12 enclosures, making it appropriate for outdoor, industrial, and washdown environments. BRIDGEPORT FITTINGS offers this nonmetallic liquid tight straight connector in trade sizes ranging from 3/8 inches to 2 inches, allowing selection across a range of conduit sizes on the same job.
Designed for use with nonmetallic Type B liquid tight conduit in trade size 3/4 inches. Compatible with standard electrical box knockouts using the provided locknut. Available within the BRIDGEPORT FITTINGS nonmetallic liquid tight straight connector series, which covers trade sizes 3/8 inches through 2 inches.
Installation is performed by licensed electricians in accordance with applicable NEC requirements for wet location wiring methods. Before beginning work, de-energize the circuit and verify power is off at the panel. Slide the compression nut and inner sealing ring over the conduit before threading the ferrule into the conduit channel, then insert the conduit into the connector body and tighten the compression nut to secure the assembly. Fasten the fitting to the box knockout using the included locknut, ensuring the knockout gasket is properly seated for a liquid tight connection.
