The Bravo BRV-P12CT-230VI is a 12000 BTU/h ceiling cassette indoor unit designed for ductless mini split heat pump systems operating on a 208/230V single-phase power supply. Installed flush in the ceiling, this cassette unit delivers both heating and cooling in a low-profile, overhead configuration that keeps wall space clear and distributes conditioned air evenly across the room. The unit is built for multi-zone applications, pairing with a compatible outdoor condenser to provide targeted climate control in individual spaces. Licensed HVAC technicians perform the installation, which requires refrigerant handling certification and adherence to local mechanical codes.
This ceiling cassette is suited for medium-sized commercial and residential spaces where overhead airflow is preferred over wall-mounted delivery. Typical applications include conference rooms, larger home offices, small retail areas, server rooms, and guest rooms. The overhead mount keeps the unit out of sight lines while providing even, multi-directional air distribution throughout the occupied space. It is intended for use in multi-zone ductless systems where individual zone control is required.
Designed as an OEM-style indoor ceiling cassette unit for use within compatible Bravo multi-zone ductless mini split systems operating at 208/230V. Confirm outdoor unit compatibility with the specific multi-zone condenser model before ordering.
Installation must be performed by a licensed HVAC technician holding EPA Section 608 refrigerant handling certification. Power down the outdoor unit and disconnect all electrical circuits at the breaker before beginning any work on the indoor cassette. The unit requires a properly sized ceiling opening, structural support for the cassette body, and correctly routed refrigerant line sets and condensate drain per the manufacturer installation manual and applicable local mechanical codes. Do not operate the system without verifying refrigerant line connections are leak-tested and the condensate drain is clear and properly sloped.
