The Bravo BRV-M30-230VO is a multi-zone outdoor condenser unit from the Milano Series, rated at 30,000 BTU/h (2.5 tons) of combined heating and cooling capacity. It operates on 208-230V, single-phase, 60Hz power and uses R32 refrigerant, an environmentally lower-GWP alternative to R410A. The unit achieves a SEER2 rating of 23, placing it in the high-efficiency category for ductless heat pump equipment. Licensed HVAC technicians install this unit as the outdoor component of a complete multi-zone mini split system, pairing it with compatible Milano Series indoor units to serve two, three, or four independently controlled zones.
The BRV-M30-230VO is suited for residential and light-commercial multi-zone applications where a single outdoor condenser must serve several distinct spaces simultaneously. Compatible indoor unit types include high-wall-mounted, universal floor-ceiling, ceiling cassette, and slim-duct configurations within the Bravo Milano Series. Supported zone configurations range from 2 to 4 zones, with individual indoor unit capacities available in 9,000, 12,000, 18,000, and 24,000 BTU/h. The system provides both heating and cooling in all-season operation, making it appropriate for year-round climate control in mixed-use residential builds or retrofit projects.
Designed for use with Bravo Milano Series indoor units, including wall-mounted, universal floor-ceiling (such as BRV-M09FC-230VI, BRV-M12FC-230VI, and BRV-M18FC-230VI), ceiling cassette, and slim-duct types that share the same R32 refrigerant circuit. Supports 2-zone, 3-zone, and 4-zone configurations using indoor units in 9,000, 12,000, 18,000, and 24,000 BTU/h capacities.
Installation must be performed by a licensed HVAC technician in accordance with local mechanical codes and EPA Section 608 refrigerant handling regulations. Power down and lock out the electrical circuit before making any wiring connections to the unit. The outdoor condenser requires a dedicated circuit sized to the unit nameplate and must be positioned with adequate clearance on all sides for airflow and service access. Do not operate the system until refrigerant line sets are properly evacuated and leak-tested per manufacturer procedures.
